Survey structure

Structure the survey in a professional and user-friendly manner

In this step, the fully revised and pretested items are formally structured as they will be presented to future respondents. The structured survey should be printed on regular paper with standard margins. If the survey is being given electronically, the survey is put onto an online application that houses and administers electronic surveys. The title, introduction, instructions, items, demographics, and closing statement should be finalized. The survey structure should reflect exactly what participants will interact with in an actual administration.

Formally structure a survey after it is pretested. Make it look professional and try several trial runs. Then, post or publish it for administration.
