In relation to the qualitative results and methodological rigor from the article that has been critically appraised, ask these questions when making an applied clinical decision based on qualitative evidence:

1. Do the phenomena apply to the patient in the current clinical context?

2. Are the phenomena feasible in the current treatment environment?

​3. What are the harms and benefits associated with the phenomena?

​4. What are the patient's values and expectations related to the phenomena?
