Experimental Event Rate

Proportion of experimental group participants with the outcome of interest

The experimental event rate (EER) is the proportion of cases in the treatment group that have the outcome of interest. Experimental event rate is an important calculation for computing absolute risk reduction (ARR) or absolute risk increase (ARI). Experimental event rate (EER) is used in tandem with control event rate (CER) to generate epidemiological calculations.  
The experimental event rate is the proportion of treatment participants that had the outcome of interest.
